1. Digital Service & Subscription Policy

Crewset provides digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) products. By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing for access to our digital tools and resources. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of the current paid billing period.

3. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our digital service within the first 14 days, you can request a full refund. After 14 days, no refunds are issued for partial months.
